Delivery Time:

US Priority mail, and UPS Ground will take 3-5 Working business days. Next day service is available at an extra charge depending on availability of item ordered. Please let us know and we will call you  with additional charges.

We at Victoria's  Music Boxes are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality product possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase the following procedures must be followed.

Damages, returns, refunds, & exchanges must be reported within 48 hours.  Should you need to return an item, the item  must arrive back  within 14 days of arriving at your address to qualify for  credit. Items returned for refunds or exchanges must include all packing materials in new condition,  items can not be accepted for return if cartons are written on, labels removed, defaced, etc.  Special order items (items not in stock) and engraved items are not returnable. If a returned item included free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from your credit to cover outgoing shipping charges.  You must call (877) 229-3083 and request an authorization number prior to returning the item, unauthorized returned items will be refused.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 5.6% will be added to all orders shipped in Arizona
